As much as you try to prepare, sometimes the weather gets the best of you but it’s how you deal with it on your wedding day that truly shows who you are as a couple. It called for non-stop rain on the day of G+S’s wedding at the Bridgehampton Tennis and Surf Club. We made plans to make the best of a wet situation. We did their first look inside the bride’s parents’ home, which turned out gorgeous, and by the time the ceremony at Bridgehampton Presbyterian Church, the rain let up and we were able to take a few bridal party photos outside and on the beach at the Bridgehampton Tennis and Surf Club. With the help of planning and wedding coordination from The Wedding Sitter, Kim helped keep the couple happy and the day moving effortlessly as we traveled from venue to venue. Despite the rain, it was a magical wedding day filled with so much love and happiness, you would never know it was a soggy day in the Hamptons.
