A Bright Morning Engagement Session in Central Park

What happens when you visit Central Park early in the morning on a gorgeous Summer day? You practically get the place all to yourself! Crystal and Thomas travel to New York once a year and want to incorporate their favorite city into their engagement session. We walked through the park astounded by its beauty and quiet. The lack of crowds gave us room to explore and play in the park. How adorable is Crystal's pride and prejudice clutch? Love! It was such a treat photographing this sweet couple for their engagement photos and thrilled to be part of their New York love story. Congratulations Crystal and Thomas!

New York City Soho Engagement Session Photos

I always love when my couples choose a few of their favorite locations to capture during their engagement photos. For Laura and Reeve, they live in New York City's SoHo neighborhood and wanted to incorporate its beauty, cobblestone streets and cool vibe throughout their engagement session. Walking we walked along the famous city streets, I was inspired by graphic billboards and neon signs before we ended up in Washington Square Park which is where the couple got engaged. We stood on the very spot where Reeve asked Laura to be his wife. I'm so excited for their wedding in a few short weeks at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers. Can't wait!

Hamptons Wedding Photos Featured in The Knot Magazine

I have to admit that I love getting mail. Yes, that's right, old school snail mail is really the best in my book! I love thank you notes, paper invitations and receiving handwritten letters makes my heart skip a beat. So when I came home and there was a package waiting for me from The Knot, I knew good things were in store. I'm so honored to have two of my amazing couples featured in the latest edition of The Knot Magazine's New York Fall/Winter 2014 Edition.

Maureen & Hank's Hamptons Fall wedding is featured in an incredible three-page layout (p. 130) and Adrienne & Steve were interviewed for their Love Stories article (p.66). I'm so excited for each of my couples and thrilled they are featured in the latest edition. It was so wonderful to work with so many great vendors who helped make their wedding day such a magical affair. The magazine will be on stands soon but here's a look inside the pages of the magazine. NYC Central Park Engagement Session

There is something magical about spending a sunny Summer afternoon walking around Central Park's Conservatory Gardens with a sweet couple in love. Katherine and John used to visit the gardens while they were dating in New York City. It's a special place that brings back wonderful memories for them as they begin their journey to becoming husband and wife. Katherine is a friend (and former co-worker!) of mine and I was beyond thrilled when she asked me to be part of her special day. Aren't they the sweetest? Brooklyn Bridge Park Engagement Photos

The clouds parted just in time to let the sun peek through for Ashley & Jon's engagement session at Brooklyn Bridge Park where for a few minutes, we had the pier all to ourselves. Not a tourist in site!  Ashley's gorgeous red eyelet dress brings a vibrant pop of color to the overcast palette of the day. The love shared between Ashley & Jon shines through in each and every photo. I am thrilled to be photographing their wedding at 501 Union and honored to be part of their love story! xo
