On a perfect Summer day, Katherine and John were married along the East River at The Water Club in New York City. Their classic wedding was tied together with black and white stripes and pops of color. From their pale blush invitations, pink peony bouquets, bright coral bridesmaids dresses, black and white striped shoes and socks for their bridal party, no detail was too small to be personalized for their wedding. Katherine looked gorgeous in her Anne Barge wedding gown and kate spade new york heels that both had adorable bow details. Her mother handmade her wedding veil as her something "new" and she wore blue earrings from David Yurman for her something "blue". John looked dapper in his classic black tuxedo and mustache printed suede loafers.
Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Katherine and John said their vows in front of a custom made, pink ombre tissue paper, heart shaped centerpiece that was placed at the alter. The brides brother officiated the wedding and once their rings were exchanged, he happily pronounced them husband and wife. On each guest chair, small bags of gold glitter confetti were waiting to be tossed at the newlyweds as they walked down the aisle. Black and white table runners and shades of pink candles decorated the reception room overlooking the water. Scratch Weddings played all of their favorite songs while the happy couple and their guests danced the night away! Katherine and John make each other completely happy and I'm so honored I could be part of their special day. Congratulations Newlyweds!!
