The Green Building Wedding Photos in Brooklyn

On a perfect day in Brooklyn, two college sweethearts got married in front of their closest family and friends. The bright blue skies started off their wedding day on the right note as Luisa got ready at the new 1 Hotel at the foot of Brooklyn Bridge Park. It has breathtaking sweeping views of the New York City skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. The Brides sisters gifted Luisa a stunning pair of Bella Belle shoes and commissioned an artist to hand paint a bottle of Veuve Clicquot with meaningful locations to the couple including where they got engaged.

The groom waited patiently in front of The River Cafe garden to exchange their first look. This location is very special to the couple because it’s where Rich asked Luisa to be his wife! We visited the iconic DUMBO waterfront for their bride and groom photos. We visited St. Anne’s Warehouse, Jane’s Carousel, and stood in front of the Brooklyn Bridge. Their bridal party arrived and we took their photos by the beautiful brick openings at St. Anne’s Warehouse.

The couple got married at an intimate wedding ceremony at St. Mary Star of the Sea in Cobble Hill before heading over to The Green Building for their wedding reception. It was the perfect night to enjoy the outside patio for cocktail hour. To celebrate the Bride’s Mexican heritage, bits of Mexican flare were all over the green building. From the white Papel flags after their wedding ceremony, to strings of flags decorating the cocktail hour space. The couple gifted their guests hand-painted Mexican moroccos designed with their wedding dates. Such a wonderful touch for an incredible couple!

Gurneys Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa Wedding Photos

Is there anything more romantic than getting married in one of the most beautiful places on earth? I didn’t think so either. Jing and Bob fell in love with Montauk and when they got engaged, they knew it was the perfect location for their magical wedding. The couple chose the luxurious Gurney’s Montauk Seawater Resort & Spa to host their weekend celebration!

The couple brought on All Who Wander Events to design, plan, and coordinate their wedding. It was a full weekend away in the Hamptons that started with an intimate rehearsal dinner, followed by their wedding day, and concluding with a goodbye brunch. Nicole, from All Who Wander Events, has incredible style and it was a thrill to be working together again for another spectacular wedding in the Hamptons. The cherry blossoms had just begun to bloom out east and we were lucky enough to have a few trees on the waterfront property to use in their wedding photos.

The bride wore a stunning wedding gown from Pronovias with a long lace train and changed into a second wedding dress during the reception by Berta. Designs by Ahn created the most beautiful, take your breath away, pink, blush, and muted mauve floral arch for the couples wedding ceremony. It was a show stopper! The couple was married on the Forward Deck at Gurney’s that overlooks the ocean officiated by one of their closest friends. It was a moving and meaningful ceremony for the newlyweds! After the ceremony and before cocktail hour began, we went down to the beach for a few sunset photos with our toes in the sand. How gorgeous is Jing’s Berta dress? Stunning!

Guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside before entering the white tented reception space. Silver Arrow Band lit up the dance floor! The couple’s initials were on display on the dance floor in a gold monogram under a hanging flower and light installation from Designs by Ahn. Jing and Bob danced the night away with their closest family and friends. It was so much fun being with them for their wedding weekend and honored to capture this incredible moment in their lives. xo

Montauk Yacht Club Wedding Photography

The Fall is one of my favorite seasons in New York. I love when the weather gets a bit cooler, the leaves start to change, and it’s the perfect time of year for a wedding. Margaret and Phil love Montauk. They spend many Summer’s together growing their relationship out in the Hamptons so it was the only place to have their wedding. The held their wedding ceremony and reception at the stunning Gurneys Star Island Resort.

The bride wore a stunning wedding gown from Pronovias and her grandmother’s wedding ring in her honor. Her bridesmaids wore blush peach dresses and held delicate bouquets from AvaFloral. Margaret’s all white wedding bouquet is one of my favorites ever! So simple and so stunning. The groom wore a light blue suit and his best men were a mix of the brides brother and his childhood best friend. Margaret and Phil had their wedding ceremony outside in front of the cottages with the lake view at Gurneys Star Island Resort. The stood under the beautiful floral arch that framed the couple perfectly.

As the couple exchanged their vows and became husband and wife, everyone was overcome with emotion and celebrated the newlyweds as they walked down the aisle arm and arm. The Farmhouse Ballroom was decorated with white and pops of greenery. Margaret and Phil love to dance and A Sterling Band kept the dance floor packed the entire reception. It was such an honor to be with Margaret and Phil on their wedding day and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for this amazing, sweet, and lovable couple! xo

Brooklyn Winery Wedding Photos

One of my all time favorite venues to photograph weddings is the Brooklyn Winery in Williamsburg. It’s a smaller venue that tends to be more charming and intimate for weddings, and of course, their wine is incredible! Each time I’m asked to document a wedding and the couple chooses Brooklyn Winery for their venue, I get excited!

Colleen and Andrew’s wedding is one of my favorites. They are just the sweetest couple who were truly made for each other. They compliment each other so well and they are a joy to be around. Colleen wore the most delicate lace wedding dress, twig and honey gold leaf hair pin and a pair of CatBird earrings she had picked up the day before. Andrew looked handsome in his navy suite and custom sunglasses that had the couples wedding date printed on them. The both got ready at the William Vale hotel so we decided to have their first look in their private rooftop garden in brooklyn. The look of happiness on Andrew’s face when he turned around to see Colleen with open arms waiting for him was truly touching.

We visited the brand new Domino Park for their bridal party photos which are some of my favorites before heading back to Brooklyn Winery to prepare for their wedding ceremony. In front of their wedding guest, Colleen and Andrew exchanged laughs, tears, and wedding vows to officially become husband and wife. The night was so much fun and it was a true honor to be part of their wedding day. They are going to have a wonderful, adventurous life together and can’t wait to see what happens next for this amazing couple! xo
